Legacy of Gallifrey 2: Colonized planets

Walifrey made from the church of the silence in honor of Gallifrey and the Time Lord's and all of the doctor's companions that died in service of the doctor and the universe and time, they look like all of the human companions and Time Lord and Time Lady companions. The society is a combination of Earth's and Gallifrey's societies and a combination of Earth's and Gallifrey's political systems. The laws are a mixture of both Earth's and Gallifrey's law's. The Time Lord's and Time Ladies on Walifrey are all legacy's. 

Division had made many homes for Gallifrey within many different universes in many fandoms. The Scooby Doo live action movies and many others. This one is Janesenixrey in the Scooby Doo live action movies the home of the Time Lord's and Time Ladies in that universe. They all have American accents and British accents on different parts of Janesenixrey. The jareicer is the version of the doctor in that universe and he saves Earth and everywhere else in time and space in that universe.
