Davicrey
The Daleks on Skaro after absorbing some of the Doctor's regeneration energy have regenerated and some had been restored to humanoid form so they had to find another planet to live on. They eventually have found Davicrey home of the Laroid race that has both Dalek and Time Lord values. They have the look of different Time Lord's and Time Ladies mixed into new incarnations and new titles. They have a little more technology than the Time Lord's and Time Ladies for example exterminatric technology and much more.
