Jonizicrey
After the Doctor saved Gallifrey and excited Rassilon the Time Lord's and Time Ladies after both events became desillusioned from Gallifrey and broke off to start their own Time Lord and Time Lady society on a Terra-formed abandoned planet called Jonizicrey. This planet Jonizicrey has been in operation since the end of the time war and since then Time Lord's and Time Ladies have defected to Jonizicrey especially after Rassilon was exciled from Gallifrey to a better Time Lord and Time Lady society on Jonizicrey home of the Jonizicreyan Time Lord and Time Lady society.
